    Fast service, fair price and no BS. I wanted to replace the lock cylinder on my Segal lock as the original key had been lost to the sands of time. The actual process is very simple and takes all of 15 minutes for a DIYer. After calling around, Walbaum was one of few that didn't require an on-site visit ($$$$) and offered me a very reasonable price for a new lock cylinder and to rekey it.
