I have had nothing but excellent experiences with West Hartford Lock. This week, our smart lock's motor broke and I came in to get the replacement lock's cylinder re-keyed to match the other locks at our house. It took multiple tries because I didn't have any factory keys and the spacing was slightly off on the key copies we use daily. They were able to play with the pins to make it work with all our keys, so now all our keys work in all our locks. The alternative would have been having them come to our house to re-key all our cylinders for hundreds of dollars, so I especially appreciated the extra effort and fair dealing. West Hartford Lock is and will remain our go-to locksmith.
