Go to A-1 Lock safe instead if you want great service, Woods has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went in to get a few keys made and also purchase a few lock boxes as well as Keychains for each key, Donald was extremely rude, while my key was being made by the guy who said his name was George I was looking around for other items that I wanted to purchase when the other guy who they said was named Donald was asking me how I was paying (mind you, I'm not even at the desk, I'm still browsing) I said card, he says it's going to be a 4% fee, and I reply ok ( I'm a little confused by why he's asking my form of payment and warning me of fees, before I'm even at the register, but I overlook it and keep shopping) He then says let me see your card, I asked why he needs to see my card and he said he needs to know what kind of card I'm using, I said Discover, he said he still needed to see it, I hand him the card and I keep looking for the other items, he then SWIPES MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and I hear a receipt printing from the register while he's shouting over the sound of the register "Your total was $10.04 come sign. I said why would you swipe my card, I didn't ask you to swipe my card and I was obviously still shopping, he then replies, "yeah we move fast over here" Weird comment, considering I wasn't in the store for more than 10 minutes if that, I said you know what I'm sorry I took so long trying to find more items to buy from your business and I put the items that I had in my hand back and asked for a refund on the keys he had just rung me up for WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (he then laughed)!!! I'll never come here again. I went to A-1 Lock and safe afterwards and got everything I needed and more and was treated with respect!
