Service was fine but the cost was exorbitant (and $130 more than the top of the range quoted on the phone) and then they asked me to tell them out loud what I wanted to tip. It was uncomfortable and I felt taken advantage of. I’d recommend a different locksmith. However they were extremely fast and responsive - I called and they had the lock fixed within an hour of my call.
