They cut my sidewinder key for $65 for my 2016 Buick using the new key fob I ordered online for $12.99 + tax. I had an existing working key, although the key broke off of the key fob, it was still usable to start my car. They do not cut keys from the VIN number. You must have an existing key for them to copy. After numerous verbal disclaimers that they can't guarantee the key will work, and I may need to buy a new key fob if the machine ruins the key, etc., and that it takes a few trips back and forth to the car to see if the key works in the door, it was done. He offered to program the key for me, but I said I would do it. He said sometimes the security system can shut the car down, so it might be best to take the car home to program the new key. I took the car and new key fob/newly cut key home, and programmed it myself. It starts the car! Works fine! Thank you!

Very very disappointed in this place from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my items (2) weeks later incomplete. The excuses I were given were lame and unacceptable. If you are in need of help, do a deeper search on google and find a better option, this place is just too overwhelmed, unreliable, and full of excuses. This is no way to run a business.
